$23M Boca Raton Mansion Sells, Tops Luxe Contracts in Palm Beach County
A $23.3 million mansion in Boca Raton's most expensive neighborhood was the top sale in Palm Beach County last week.
The real estate market in Palm Beach County is heating up with a $23.3 million mansion sale in Boca Raton's most expensive neighborhood. According to a market report from Douglas Elliman's Eklund-Gomes team, buyers signed 10 contracts between August 25 and 31 for luxury properties in the county.
The top sale was the $23.3 million mansion, which was on the market for 265 days. This sale, along with nine others, totaled $67 million in asking dollar volume. This is an increase from the previous week's $64.7 million in asking dollar volume for 11 homes.
The Eklund-Gomes team's report tracks signed contracts for single-family homes and condos asking $3 million or more. This rise in luxury contracts shows a strong demand for high-end properties in Palm Beach County.
"The luxury market in Palm Beach County continues to show strength, with buyers willing to pay top dollar for the most sought-after properties," said Douglas Elliman's Eklund-Gomes team in the report.
