Alcazar Unveils Plans for 211-Unit Aura Living Complex in Naranja

Alcazar Development Group's proposed Aura Living complex adds to the rapid development in Miami-Dade's Naranja neighborhood.

Alcazar Development Group has announced plans for a 211-unit multifamily complex in Miami-Dade County's Naranja neighborhood. The project, named Aura Living, will feature some workforce units and add to the growing number of apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in the area.

The Naranja neighborhood has become a hotspot for developers due to its large amount of available land at lower prices compared to other parts of the county. Alcazar's proposed site for Aura Living is a 4.3-acre vacant lot located on the southeast corner of Southwest 280th Street/Waldin Drive and Southwest 152nd Avenue in unincorporated Miami-Dade.

In response to the development plans, a spokesperson for Alcazar stated, "We are excited to bring Aura Living to the Naranja community and provide much-needed housing options for the area. Our project will offer a mix of affordable and market-rate units, catering to a diverse range of residents."

However, the rapid development in Naranja has raised concerns about the impact on the neighborhood's infrastructure and resources. Some residents worry about increased traffic and strain on schools and public services.

This announcement from Alcazar comes amid a massive pipeline of housing projects in south Miami-Dade County. The county has seen a significant influx of new developments in recent years, with developers taking advantage of available land and lower prices.
