Mocca Group's sale of a nearly completed spec home in Ponce-Davis leads a busy week for Miami-Dade luxury real estate market.
Alex Pirez's Mocca Group has found a buyer for their $20 million spec home in Miami's exclusive Ponce-Davis neighborhood, making it the top sale in Miami-Dade County last week. According to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks luxury listings of homes and condos with a minimum asking price of $4 million, there were a total of 20 contracts signed between September 22 and September 28. These properties spent an average of 91 days on the market.
In addition, 30 new luxury listings were added to the market, bringing the total number of listings to 1,146. This is a significant increase from the previous week, where buyers signed contracts on 17 properties.
This surge in activity can be attributed to the highly competitive luxury market in Miami-Dade, where developers and real estate firms are constantly trying to outdo each other in terms of luxury amenities and features.
As for the Mocca Group's sale, the identity of the buyer has not been disclosed. However, the spec home is expected to be completed soon and will offer stunning views of the surrounding Ponce-Davis neighborhood.
