13th Floor Investments and Kerzner International team up to bring the first Siro hotel to the US in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.

Arnaud Karsenti's 13th Floor Investments has announced a partnership with Dubai-based hospitality firm Kerzner International to develop the first Siro hotel in the US, located in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. The project, known as Siro Brickell, Miami tower, will consist of 180 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 350 Siro-branded condos, according to a news release from 13th Floor.

Kerzner International, known for developing luxury resorts and hotels around the world, purchased the 1-acre development site at Brickell City Centre for $45 million in August. The property, located at 9 Southeast Sixth Street in Miami, will be the site of the first Siro hotel in the US.

"Kerzner International is a global leader in the hospitality industry and we are thrilled to partner with them on this exciting project in the heart of Miami," said Arnaud Karsenti, founder and managing principal of 13th Floor Investments.

Originally created by Kerzner International, the Siro brand focuses on creating a unique experience for guests, combining luxury with personalized service. The project in Miami's Brickell neighborhood will be the first Siro hotel in the US, adding to the brand's existing locations in Dubai, the Maldives, and Oman.

"We are excited to bring the Siro brand to the US market and have found the perfect partners in 13th Floor Investments and Ian Ludmir's Forse Holdings," said Kerzner International CEO Jean-Gabriel Pér
