Attorney Drops $22M on Gulf Stream Oceanfront Home After Year-Long Flip

Local attorney Henry Rosen and wife purchase oceanfront property for $22M, just one year after it was bought for $21M.

Attorney Henry Rosen, known for his real estate savvy and high-profile clients, has made a splash in the Gulf Stream community with his recent purchase of an oceanfront property for $22 million. The property, located at 3435 North Ocean Boulevard, was previously owned by Bon Property LLC, a Delaware entity managed by Aogán O hAoláin.

The sale has raised eyebrows in the industry due to O hAoláin's involvement in the transaction. O hAoláin is also the manager of Bos Property LLC, which sold an oceanfront mansion in Highland Beach to Millennium Management executive Justin Gmelich for $28.5 million earlier this year. O hAoláin also happens to be the head of Waylock, a family office based in Cork County, Ireland.

This is not the first time O hAoláin has been involved in high-priced real estate deals in South Florida. In fact, he has been responsible for several transactions involving multi-million dollar properties in the area. Some have even speculated that O hAoláin may be using his connections and influence to flip properties at inflated prices.

When asked about the sale, Rosen stated that it was a "great opportunity" and that he and his wife Vanessa were excited to make the purchase. However, others in the industry have raised concerns about the potential conflicts of interest and soft corruption involved in the transaction.

Despite these concerns, the sale has been finalized and Rosen now joins the ranks of other high-profile individuals who call Gulf Stream home. The small, exclusive community has seen a surge in interest from wealthy buyers in recent years
