Caltagirone brothers' Calta Group secures approval for 499-unit mixed-use tower in Allapattah, one of the first Miami projects under the state's Live Local Act.
The Caltagirone brothers' Calta Group, based in Coral Gables, has received approval for their latest project, a 499-unit mixed-use tower in Allapattah, marking one of the first Miami developments to fall under the state's Live Local Act.
The 30-story Anatomia, designed by Corwil Architects, will include 6,500 square feet of retail space and will be located at 1415-1469 Northwest 13th Terrace in Miami. According to the developer's news release, the City of Miami Urban Development Review Board gave the project the green light at their Wednesday meeting.
The Anatomia will consist of 289 luxury condos and 210 apartments, making it a highly sought-after property in the neighborhood. This development is just one example of the impact the Live Local Act is having on the Miami real estate market.
"We are excited to bring this unique and innovative project to the vibrant community of Allapattah," said a spokesperson for Calta Group. "The Anatomia will offer a mix of high-end condos and apartments, providing residents with a truly luxurious living experience."
