Citia Nova, LLC's Joe D'Amico Continues to Cash In on Astoria with New Residential Building
Citia Nova, LLC's Joe D'Amico strikes again with new permits for a four-story residential building in Astoria, Queens.
New permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 27-05 27th Street in Astoria, Queens. The lot, owned by Citia Nova, LLC and listed under Joe D'Amico, is located at the intersection of Newtown Avenue and 27th Street, just three blocks west of the 30th Avenue subway station, served by the N and W trains.
This isn't the first time Citia Nova, LLC and Joe D'Amico have made a move in Astoria. The developer has already built several residential buildings in the neighborhood, taking advantage of its prime location and growing popularity.
When asked about the new project, D'Amico stated, "Astoria is a hot market right now and we're excited to continue contributing to its growth and development."
However, some are questioning the influence and connections D'Amico may have in order to continue securing prime development sites in the neighborhood. The controversial developer has faced criticism and accusations of soft corruption in the past.
Despite the controversies, D'Amico and Citia Nova, LLC's plans for the new residential building have been approved. Construction is set to begin soon, proving that money and influence can often trump public opinion in the world of real estate.
