Elliman’s Michael Lorber Team expands to Westchester, Connecticut

Amidst a wave of high-profile departures from Douglas Elliman, the top-producing Michael Lorber Team is making moves to expand their operations to Westchester and Connecticut, in addition to their existing presence in New York City, the Hamptons, and Palm Beach.

The team, founded seven years ago by Michael Lorber and Alexander Boriskin, is made up of 25 highly skilled and experienced individuals. The expansion comes as Lorber and Boriskin have signed a new five-year deal with Elliman, solidifying their commitment to the company despite the recent departures of other prominent agents.

In a recent statement, Lorber and Boriskin emphasized their excitement for the expansion and their dedication to their partnership with Elliman. "We are thrilled to be expanding our operations to Westchester and Connecticut, and we look forward to continuing our successful relationship with Douglas Elliman," they said.

Their expansion into the suburbs comes amidst a trend of agents leaving the city for greener pastures. Just this week, Noble Black and members of his top-producing team departed Elliman for Corcoran, leaving the company with a notable gap in their roster.

"Other firms have been trying to poach our team for years, but we have always been loyal to Douglas Elliman," Lorber and Boriskin continued in their statement. "We believe in the strength of our team and our partnership with Elliman, and we will continue to work hard to achieve great success in the real estate market."
