Garment District Welcomes New Royce Residences Development at 341 West 38th Street

Royce Residences, a 19-story residential building designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group and developed by Central Properties, has finished construction in the Garment District of Midtown Manhattan.

Construction has officially wrapped up on Royce Residences, a highly anticipated addition to the Garment District in Midtown Manhattan. The 19-story residential building, located at 341 West 38th Street, was designed by the renowned Stephen B. Jacobs Group and developed by Central Properties. The project included the renovation and vertical expansion of an existing 12-story structure, as well as the construction of an addition on the narrow parcel to its east.

Royce Residences boasts 112 rental units, featuring studio to two-bedroom layouts. Of those units, 30 have been designated as affordable housing for residents earning 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). This addition to the neighborhood is sure to bring new life and diversity to the area.

The property is situated between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, making it a prime location for residents looking to experience all that the Garment District has to offer. With its modern design and convenient location, Royce Residences is sure to attract a diverse group of tenants.
