GTS founder Ari Rubenstein drops $15M on waterfront Palm Island home
Ari Rubenstein, founder of financial services firm GTS, purchases $15 million Palm Island home from shipping executive's Puerto Rican company with $8.3 million mortgage from City National Bank of Florida.
Ari Rubenstein, the founder of financial services firm GTS, has recently purchased a waterfront house on Miami Beach's exclusive Palm Island for a whopping $15 million.
The property, located at 112 Palm Avenue, was sold to Rubenstein and his wife, Zaily Rubenstein, by PL Holdings, a company managed by George Burguillos, a shipping executive from Puerto Rico. The sale was made off-market, meaning it was not publicly listed for sale.
To finance the purchase, the Rubensteins took out a mortgage of $8.3 million from City National Bank of Florida.
