The townhouse, previously owned by Ivana Trump, was first listed for $35 million in 2017, then dropped to $29.9 million in 2018, and is now listed at $21 million. The 14-room home features six bedrooms, a private garden, and a rooftop terrace with views of Central Park. Despite its prime location and luxurious amenities, the townhouse has yet to find a buyer.

Meanwhile, at Trump Park Avenue, a 6,278 square foot penthouse sold for $16.5 million, less than half of its original $34 million asking price. The condo features four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and stunning views of Central Park. The buyer, who remains anonymous, purchased the unit under the LLC "Park Avenue 502 LLC." This sale marks the most expensive condo sold at Trump Park Avenue in eight years.
