Legacy Residential Group, a Miami-based real estate firm headed by Tom Cabrerizo, has expanded its South Florida multifamily portfolio with the purchase of Legacy at Coconut Creek for $77 million. The property, formerly known as Banyan Bay Apartments, is located at 4303 West Atlantic Boulevard and has been renamed by Legacy upon acquisition. According to records and real estate database Vizzda, Legacy partially financed the purchase with a $64.4 million loan from Truist Bank. This brings the cost of the deal to $185,096 per apartment.
