A couple of multimillion dollar estates in the Adirondacks are hitting the auction block in the coming weeks, with live and teleconference options available, according to the Times Union.
One of the properties, Camp Iroquois, located in Saranac Lake, is a traditional "Great Camp" that was built over a century ago. The nine-acre estate boasts a 4,000-square-foot home, six sleeping cabins, a dining hall, a four-car garage, a tennis and pickleball court, a workshop, and gardens.
The property, which last sold via auction in 2020 for $2.4 million, is now up for auction again. The auction will be managed by real estate firm Keir Weimer Auctions, and the starting bid for the property is set at $3 million.
"Camp Iroquois is a truly unique property, offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of Adirondack history," said Keir Weimer, founder of Keir Weimer Auctions.
The other estate up for auction is called Camp Limberlost, located on Upper Saranac Lake. This property was also previously sold via auction in 2020 for $2.1 million. The 4.8-acre estate features a 3,000-square-foot home, two boathouses, a dock, a garage, and a guest cottage.
The auctions for both properties are set to take place in September.
