Midwest Developers Vie for Rookie of the Year Title
Real estate's newest stars face off for top regional honor.
Five emerging real estate agents from the Midwest have been named as finalists for the prestigious Rookie of the Year award, presented by Colibri Real Estate and RISMedia.
The program, now in its fourth year, recognizes outstanding achievements from new agents in their first year of business. The Midwest region finalists are set to compete against other regional winners for the ultimate title.
The Midwest finalists include Holly Smith from Smith Realty Group, Rachel Johnson from Johnson Properties, Michael Brown from Brown & Associates, Jessica Patel from Patel Realty, and David Kim from Kim & Co.
"I'm honored to be recognized as a finalist for the Rookie of the Year award," said Patel. "It's been an exciting first year in the real estate industry and I'm grateful for the support and opportunities I've received."
The competition is fierce among the Midwest finalists, with each agent achieving extraordinary results in their rookie year. But the title of Rookie of the Year will ultimately be awarded to only one of the five.
