Milwaukee Brewers minority owner cashes in with $44M Brentwood home sale to undisclosed buyer

Financier and Brewers minority owner Robert Beyer sells Brentwood estate "Ocho Manos" for $44 million in largest sale since December 2021.

Financier and Milwaukee Brewers minority owner Robert Beyer has struck gold with the sale of his Brentwood estate, "Ocho Manos," for a whopping $44 million. The undisclosed buyer has scored the largest sale in Brentwood since December 2021, when 13058 Rivers Road sold for $56.6 million.

The sale of "Ocho Manos" marks a significant profit for Beyer, who bought the property for $34.2 million in 2010. The lavish estate boasts eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, along with a pool, tennis court, and guest house. The home is named after the couple's four children.

The deal was brokered by Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of Beverly Hills Estates, who declined to comment on the sale. However, sources say that the buyer is a wealthy individual seeking a private retreat in the exclusive Brentwood neighborhood.

Beyer and his wife, who have since relocated to Texas, originally listed "Ocho Manos" for sale in 2019. After two years on the market, the home has finally been sold, taking its "for sale" sign down with it.

This sale may come as no surprise to some, as Beyer has a history of making savvy real estate moves. In 2018, he sold his 14-acre estate in Malibu for $50 million, earning a $15 million profit from the original purchase price.

While Beyer may be celebrating his big payday, the buyer remains anonymous, leaving many to speculate about who may be the new owner of this luxurious Brentwood
