The 12-story Centric, developed by New Empire Corporation and designed by Tang Studio Architect, tops out in Woodside, Queens.

Construction has officially topped out at Centric, the highly-anticipated 12-story residential building located at 58-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens. Developed by New Empire Corporation and designed by Tang Studio Architect, the structure will house 131 luxurious condominium units in one to three-bedroom layouts, as well as a collection of townhomes.

The property is ideally situated between 44th Avenue to the north, Queens Boulevard to the south, and 58th Street to the west, making it a prime location for city residents seeking a blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience.

Though the project faced some pushback from community members, New Empire Corporation managed to secure necessary approvals and move forward with construction. The developer has a history of successful projects in the city, including the nearby Grand at Sky View Parc in Flushing.

In a statement, New Empire Corporation's CEO expressed excitement for Centric's completion, stating, "We are proud to bring this stunning new development to the Woodside community. Centric will offer unparalleled luxury living in a vibrant and convenient location."

The Centric tops out among a wave of new development in Woodside, with other projects including The Alexander at 61-55 98th Street and the proposed mixed-use development at 62-60 Woodside Avenue. As the neighborhood continues to grow and evolve, Centric stands out as a prime example of modern, upscale living in a thriving community.
