Ohio MLS Embraces Modern Image, Puts Brokers First in Latest Rebrand
MLS Now, serving 32 counties in Ohio, partners with 1000watt for a new brand identity that prioritizes brokers in today's market.
MLS Now, the multiple listing service that covers 32 counties in Ohio, has unveiled a new brand identity in collaboration with 1000watt, a creative agency specializing in real estate branding. The company's goal is to present a modern and innovative image while also prioritizing the needs of brokers in today's market.
The rebrand includes a new logo and website design, as well as updated marketing materials and messaging. According to MLS Now CEO Carl DeMusz, the rebrand reflects the company's commitment to staying up-to-date with the evolving real estate industry.
"Our new brand identity is a reflection of our dedication to providing the best possible service to our brokers and agents," DeMusz said in a statement. "We believe this new image will help us better meet the demands of the ever-changing real estate market."
The rebrand also includes a "broker-first" approach, with a focus on providing tools and resources specifically tailored to brokers. MLS Now hopes this will strengthen their relationship with brokers and agents and better support their needs.
"We understand the importance of brokers in the real estate industry and want to ensure they have all the necessary tools to succeed," DeMusz added.
While the rebrand has been met with positive feedback from many in the real estate community, some have questioned the timing of the announcement, which comes at a time when MLS Now is facing criticism for its handling of data sharing agreements with other MLSs.
In response to these concerns, DeMusz stated that the rebrand has been in the works for over a year and is not related to any specific controversy
