Pop Star Sabrina Carpenter Lands $10M Tribeca Penthouse in Time for Madison Square Garden Shows

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter secures a $10 million Tribeca penthouse just in time for her upcoming shows at Madison Square Garden.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter is making moves in the Big Apple. The singer, who has a five-show stint at Madison Square Garden in October, has purchased a duplex penthouse at 108 Leonard Street in Tribeca for nearly $10 million.

The purchase was made through an entity tied to Carpenter, coinciding with her tour for her recently released album "Man's Best Friend". According to a loan document filed with the city, the mortgage on the unit is for $6.5 million.

The seller of the penthouse was Cassandra Grey, the founder of e-commerce beauty site Violet Grey and former wife of the late head of Paramount Pictures, Brad Grey. The sale comes after Grey purchased the penthouse in 2017 for $6.55 million.

While some may question the timing of the sale, given the current state of the luxury real estate market in New York City, it seems Carpenter was able to snag a good deal. The penthouse was last listed for $12.5 million in 2018, and was then relisted in 2019 for $9.9 million.

It seems Carpenter has made a smart investment, with the penthouse boasting 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and stunning views of the city. And with her upcoming shows at Madison Square Garden, she won't have to worry about finding a place to stay while in the city.

Looks like Carpenter is living her best life, both on and off the stage.
