Raimundo Onetta's Alta Developers Launch Sales for 238-Unit Gaia Residences in Hollywood
Alta Developers, led by Raimundo Onetta, is launching sales for the 238-unit Gaia Residences in Hollywood, after scaling down their initial plans for a larger wellness-focused complex.
After facing pushback from the community and local officials, Alta Developers, led by Raimundo Onetta, has decided to scale down their plans for a wellness-focused complex in Hollywood. Originally intended to be a two-tower, 466-unit development, the project has now been reduced to an 18-story, 238-unit condominium complex.
This change comes after previous plans for a multifamily development were scrapped. According to a press release, the project will now be known as Gaia Residences and will be located at 401 North Federal Highway in Hollywood.
Despite the reduction in size, many aspects of the project remain the same. The units will still range from studios to three-bedrooms, with prices starting at $400,000 and going up to $1 million for three-bedroom units.
In response to the changes, Onetta stated, "We believe that Gaia Residences will be a unique addition to the Hollywood community, providing residents with a luxurious and wellness-focused living experience."
