Related completes Casamar tower in Pompano Beach with $350M sellout
Miami-based developer Related Group has finished its oceanfront Casamar condos in Pompano Beach, with a sellout of $350 million, according to a press release. The tower, designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group, marks the developer's second completed condo project in the coastal Broward city.
The Related Group, led by billionaire Jorge Pérez and his sons Jon Paul and Nick, have completed their 21-story, 118-unit Casamar tower at 900 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, with a sellout of $350 million, according to a press release from the developer.
The tower, designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group, marks the developer's second finished condo project in the coastal Broward city, following the completion of the 20-story, 105-unit Solemar tower in 2023. The tower features units spanning 1,000 square feet and larger, with prices starting at $1.1 million. Move-ins have already begun, and the tower is nearly sold out, with only a few units remaining.
"We are proud to have completed another successful project in Pompano Beach, which continues to be a sought-after destination for luxury living," said Jon Paul Pérez, President of Related Group. "The success of Casamar is a testament to the strong demand for high-end, oceanfront residences in the area."
The tower includes amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, beachfront deck, and a rooftop terrace. The developers also announced that the project has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, allowing for move-ins to begin.
