Seagis expands Miami-Dade industrial portfolio with $20M Doral deal

Seagis Property Group, led by John Begier, acquires Doral warehouse for $328 per square foot, nearly triple the previous sale price a decade ago.

Seagis Property Group, a Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based firm led by John Begier, has added to its industrial holdings in Miami-Dade County with a recent acquisition. According to records, Seagis paid $20.4 million for a 62,000-square-foot facility at 2601 Northwest 104th Court in the Doral neighborhood. This breaks down to $328 per square foot, a significant increase from the previous sale price a decade ago. The deal was brokered by Hector Catano with Cornerstone International Realty. The seller was an entity managed by German Valencia, CEO of Galleria Farms, a floral importer and distributor. Valencia's entity will remain as the sole tenant of the warehouse. This purchase further expands Seagis' presence in the Miami-Dade industrial market. The company already owns over 4 million square feet of industrial space in the county.
