"Silver Lake's Sunset Boulevard Gets Another Mixed-Use Apartment Project"

Construction is underway for a new mixed-use apartment complex at 3313 Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake.

Construction has begun for a new mixed-use apartment complex in Silver Lake, thanks to Integrare Group's recent announcement on social media. The project, located at 3313 Sunset Boulevard, will consist of a four-story building with 104 apartments and approximately 9,000 square feet of commercial space at street level. The building will also include parking for 150 vehicles in two subterranean levels and at-grade. The apartments will offer a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans, with nine units set aside as affordable housing for extremely low-income residents. This on-site affordable housing component made the project eligible for Transit Oriented Communities incentives, allowing for a larger structure than what is typically permitted by zoning rules. The contemporary low-rise structure is being designed by MVE + Partners, according to plans approved by the City of Los Angeles in 2019. This new development comes as another mixed-use project nears completion down the street at 3004 Sunset Boulevard, also from Ryda Ventures. The company also has approvals for a third project - consisting of 86 apartments and retail space - at 3209 Sunset Boulevard.
