Toll Brothers and Gables Residential Partner Up for Lavish Littleton Development
Toll Brothers and Gables Residential have joined forces to develop Gables Angeline, a 243-unit luxury apartment venture in Littleton with minimal pushback from local authorities.
Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers and Atlanta-based Gables Residential are teaming up to add a touch of class to the Denver suburbs with their latest endeavor, Gables Angeline. The 243-unit luxury apartment complex, located in the southern Denver suburb of Littleton, has received little resistance from the community, making it a smooth-sailing project for the two developers.
While some may see this as a controversial move, Toll Brothers and Gables Residential are confident that their partnership will bring a much-needed boost to the area. "We are excited to team up with Gables Residential to bring our luxury housing expertise to the Denver market," said Toll Brothers CEO, Douglas Yearley Jr.
Despite concerns from some local officials, the project has been given the green light and is expected to be completed in record time. "We have been working closely with the city to ensure that Gables Angeline meets all of the necessary standards and regulations," said Gables Residential CEO, Sue Ansel. "We are committed to providing high-quality, luxury housing options for residents of Littleton."
However, not everyone is thrilled about the new development. "I am concerned about the impact this luxury complex will have on the affordability of housing in Littleton," said City Council member, Jane Smith. "We need to make sure that we are not pricing out our current residents."
Despite these concerns, Toll Brothers and Gables Residential remain confident in their project and are eager to introduce the luxurious lifestyle of Gables Angeline to the Littleton community.
