Upper East Side Medical Office and Community Building to House Mount Sinai Programs, Children's Aid Center, and Church

A new 13-story building on Manhattan's Upper East Side will house Mount Sinai Health System programs, a Children's Aid center, and a church.

A new medical office and community facility building is in the works for Manhattan's Upper East Side, and a recently revealed rendering gives a glimpse of what to expect. The project, located at 1578 Lexington Avenue, is being designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Slate Property Group and Evenhar Development Corporation.

Spanning 150,000 square feet, the building will primarily serve as a home for Mount Sinai Health System programs. However, the project also includes space for other community organizations, such as the new East Harlem Center operated by Children's Aid. This center will cover nearly 19,000 square feet across the lower levels, providing much-needed resources and services for the local community.
