William Ticona's Grupo T&C Wins Approval for 56-Story Edge House Miami in Edgewater

Grupo T&C's planned Edge House Miami, a short-term rental-friendly project in Edgewater, has been approved by the City of Miami's Urban Development Review Board.

William Ticona's Grupo T&C has received approval for their highly-anticipated 56-story Edge House Miami in the trendy Edgewater neighborhood. The project, designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, has been given the green light by the City of Miami's Urban Development Review Board, according to a press release.

The impressive tower, which will offer 608 units, is set to be a game-changer for the area. The 0.6-acre site at 1825 Northeast 4th Avenue, formerly 1837 Northeast 4th Avenue, was purchased by an affiliate of Grupo T&C in 2012 for an undisclosed price, according to records.

The units at Edge House Miami will range from studios to three bedrooms, with sizes varying from 410 square feet to 1,200 square feet. Each unit will come fully furnished and feature designs by a top interiors firm.

With Grupo T&C's track record for creating successful and innovative projects, it's no surprise that the Urban Development Review Board was quick to approve Edge House Miami. The project is set to bring a fresh and modern feel to the area, making it a highly sought-after destination for both locals and tourists.
